Annual Client Appreciation Prize Giveaway
OFFICIAL RULES AND OBLIGATIONS
Austin Group Realty will award one official advertised prize each year.
Austin Group Realty will, by lot, choose one winner from the list of eligible participants each twelve month period. Drawing to occur the first week of July.
To become eligible for one entry:
1. Client must agree to participate under the terms of the Official Rules and Obligations
AND
2. Client must sell their property I accordance with an Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with Austin Group Realty
OR
3. Client must purchase and close on a property listed with Austin Group Realty using the exclusive services of Austin Group Realty.
OBLIGATIONS:
· Taxes, licenses, if any, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
· Austin Group Realty assumes no responsibility for any liability in relation to operation, maintenance, or transportation of prize and prize winner agrees to hold Austin harmless.
· Austin Group Realty offers no warranty on prize, other than that of manufacturer.
· Prize will be claimed at the offices of Austin Group Realty, 6930 Highway 287 North Access Road, Bowie, Texas.
· Winner agrees to allow Austin Group Realty to use photographs and likeness in promotional advertising for Austin Group Realty.
· Participant agrees to keep Austin Group Realty updated with their current address for notification purposes.
· Winner must claim prize within 14 days. If prize is not claimed, subsequent drawings will be made until prize is claimed.
· No limit to number of entries per Client.
· Clients Only, please. Although we appreciate and value employees and family members of Austin Group Realty, they are ineligible for this award.
Client participation in this program is strictly voluntary and this program is governed by this set of rules and obligations in addition to the Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement and any Agreement Between Brokers pertaining to Client transaction with Austin Group Realty, and applicable Texas law.
Austin Group Realty reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.
Austin Group Realty reserves the right to substitute “like and kind” prizes.
